Jennifer Wohlander
CEO / Chief Operating Officer

Jennifer is an expert in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with extensive experience working with Fortune 500, non-profit and government clients including federal Agencies in the US Government, AARP, Limited Brands, eTrade, Compaq Computers, HP, Dell Computers, Boise Cascade, National Instruments, and Dogus Holding (Turkey). In her current role, she leads the firm’s Customer Experience Practice and manages projects ranging from the development of segmentation schema to campaign management to the design of marketing ROI analyses. Previously, Jennifer served as Senior Consultant at the CRM strategy firm Peppers & Rogers Group. Jennifer has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Barry Kessel
President / Chief Strategy Officer

Barry Kessel is a marketing expert with more than 30 years’ experience in direct, brand, digital, social, search and relationship marketing. His clients have included IBM, Microsoft, Dell, AARP, Pfizer, P&G, Kraft, the US Postal Service, United Airlines, Merck, Citibank, and Audi. Barry served as Senior Managing Director and President of the New York office of Wunderman – the world’s largest direct, data and digital marketing services organization, CEO of RTC Relationship Marketing, a Wunderman agency based in Washington, DC, and global director of direct marketing at Time, Inc. He is a frequent industry speaker, author of numerous marketing articles and has won major marketing awards, include Effies from the AMA and Echo Awards from the DMA. Barry is a guest lecturer at The Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

Scott Wohlander
Senior Vice President / Chief Analytics Officer

Scott Wohlander is expert in marketing analytics and advanced research methodologies with deep experience consulting to Fortune 500, non-profit, and government clients including federal Agencies in the US Government, Merrill Lynch, Home Depot, Carnival Cruise Lines, and Bassett Furniture. In his current role, Scott leads projects involving the use of advanced analytic methods to improve organizational performance, including customer data analytics and impact/ROI assessment methodologies. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University, where he teaches graduate-level courses on analytic methods. He recently earned one of the first formal certifications in Data Science from EMC. Scott has a Ph.D. from Rice University specializing in the application of quantitative modeling approaches to international politics.
